Starting, renewing, pausing and stopping
Clear arrangements before your first payment. These commercial campaign arrangements are included in the personal proposal for your assignment.
A conversation before any payment
A completed intake is an enquiry, not an order. We contact you personally, assess the profile and salary, and confirm the package, options, candidate target and arrangements in a proposal. Campaign preparation starts only after receipt of the downpayment. Give separate preferred dates for campaign launch and the candidate’s first working day. Launch must precede that first working day; we personally agree preparation, screening and any notice period.
The monthly fee starts when the campaign actually goes live, not during preparation or merely on approval. Payment is in advance at the beginning of each campaign month. A campaign month runs from the launch date, not necessarily from the first to the last day of the calendar month.
Renewal is an explicit choice
Automatic monthly renewal costs nothing extra, but requires your explicit choice. Without a renewal agreement, a monthly campaign stops after the first month. Tell us whether to continue, pause or stop at least one week before the campaign month ends. Closing a campaign requires a different approach during its final week.
If the vacancy is filled sooner, we can stop the campaign immediately. The unused part of the paid month or annual period is not refunded; confirmed cancellation ends future renewal. A separately agreed guarantee credit for a missed candidate target still applies.
Pause and resume later
The first paused month is free. Subsequent paused months cost €99 per month to retain the project and its data. Resuming the same profile then requires no new downpayment. This is useful if you expect to recruit for a similar role again later.
A changed profile requires a new campaign. We confirm beforehand whether resumption stays within the same profile and how a pause affects a prepaid annual period.
Annual payment: twelve months for the price of eleven
When paying twelve months upfront, month twelve is free on the invoice. The one-off downpayment, any video production and landing page remain separate. For example, the €1,099 monthly package costs €12,089 for twelve months, excluding the downpayment, options and VAT.
Annual payment explicitly covers twelve months and overrides ‘stop after the first month’. If you stop earlier, the remaining prepaid period is not refunded. Your renewal setting determines continuation afterwards. We record any changes, pauses and guarantee credits in writing.
