Options and pricing for your campaign
One job profile, a clear price, and only the extras that suit your vacancy. We discuss everything personally before you pay.
Pricing per campaign, not per employee
The 1–5 qualified candidates package costs €1,099 per month; the 5–10 package costs €1,699 per month. Both have a one-off €1,699 downpayment. All prices exclude VAT. We discuss expected volume and feasibility beforehand; these are not automatic placement guarantees.
Two identical junior vacancies can share one campaign. A junior and a senior are two different profiles and require two campaigns, each charged separately. Even a small profile change means a new campaign. You can choose to focus on one profile first.
Extend your reach
We normally select the best channels within your package. If you prescribe a channel, it costs €1,399 per channel per month, all-in. You can request Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, ChatGPT, Google or Microsoft Bing. We confirm practical availability and suitability before accepting the assignment.
The Netherlands is included. Additional countries cost €1,099 per country per month: Germany, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Croatia, Portugal, Ireland and Norway. Reach and local rules are checked beforehand.
Additional languages cost €299 per language per month; choose EU languages and country variants in the intake, such as French for Belgium or France. Dutch for the Netherlands is included. Each additional variant counts separately. Other regional or community languages can also be requested. Standard advertising spend targets the agreed candidate volume. Extra budget for, for example, a difficult role is charged in full on top of the monthly fee.
Video and a vacancy landing page
On-location filming costs €999 once: a half-day shoot, editing and one video. Each additional video from the same shoot costs €499 once. We agree location, scheduling and content beforehand.
A dedicated vacancy landing page costs €499 once, with no recurring fee. We strongly recommend it for complex roles: more space to explain the work and offer helps attract better-matched applicants. It is usually unnecessary for straightforward roles.
Optional money-back guarantee
The guarantee costs 25% of the covered monthly total including all surcharges and the guarantee surcharge itself. Extra advertising budget and one-off costs are excluded from both the calculation and the credit. For example: €1,200 covered subtotal + €400 guarantee = €1,600; the guarantee is 25% of €1,600. If the agreed lead target is missed, we credit the covered monthly total. The guarantee is available only when an exact salary or indication may be published: without salary information we expect much lower campaign performance.
Give clear, prompt feedback on every candidate. A justified rejection may exclude a candidate from the count. Without feedback, or with late feedback, the submitted candidate counts. We personally agree the exact target, assessment criteria and response deadline before launch.
