First a personal conversation and proposal; this intake is not an order. Preparation begins only after the downpayment. The monthly fee starts when the campaign actually launches and is invoiced in advance at the beginning of each campaign month. Prices per campaign, excluding VAT.

01Employer profile

A specific employer profile helps us reach the right people.

Use company-specific examples visible in everyday decisions. ‘The best service at the best price’ does not distinguish you. What do you do differently, and when?

More information

Describe verifiable commitments that distinguish you: how much freedom, what budget, which concrete benefit?

02Role information

Clear responsibilities and expectations make the vacancy recognisable and attract relevant applicants.

Share themes or sample questions that show what matters to you. We use our experience to decide the final screening questions for the best results.

03Education and experience

Distinguish essential requirements from preferences so suitable candidates are not unnecessarily excluded.

If this is non-negotiable, include it in the combined hard-requirements list below.

Hard requirement: without this, a person will NEVER be accepted, however strong they otherwise are. Leave blank if learning, equivalent experience or exceptions are possible; record those under preferences. Use only job-related criteria.

04Skills and competencies

Examples from the job help us assess skills through relevant questions.

05Culture and fit

Describe working behaviours and collaboration. This helps candidates decide whether the environment suits them.

06Employment terms

Specific terms make the campaign attractive and prevent mismatched expectations.

Always needed, even if you do not want to publish pay. This lets us assess whether the offer matches the experience sought. Use the same currency, period and working hours for both amounts.

May equal the starting amount, but cannot be lower. State the corresponding weekly hours in role information.

As of 18 September 2026: the EU directive calls for starting pay or a range before the interview; this need not always be in the advert. Dutch legislation is still proposed, targeting 1 January 2027. Rules vary by country. ‘No’ concerns the campaign advert only and does not override a legal disclosure duty. Without a visible salary we expect much lower campaign performance. The money-back guarantee is then unavailable.

RijksoverheidEuropean Commission

List only benefits you genuinely intend to offer, with amounts and conditions. Consider eight paid study days, guaranteed profit sharing, 32 hours’ work at 40 hours’ pay, fully paid parental leave or self-chosen schedules without evening shifts. A laptop or statutory leave alone is not a distinctive offer.

07Recruitment process

A clear process helps us follow up with candidates promptly and carefully.

Select the maximum distance for campaign targeting. Explain a different radius alongside.

If ‘Yes’: new on-location filming costs extra: €999 once for a half-day, editing and one video; each additional video €499. Select production in the final step. We can discuss usable existing material without automatically booking a shoot.

Choose a date before the first working day; allow for preparation, screening and notice periods

The campaign must launch at least the day before the candidate starts. This is a preferred date; together we confirm a feasible schedule after intake and downpayment.

Choose the preferred first working day; leave blank if negotiable

Prices are per role profile/campaign per month, not per person hired. Two juniors with exactly the same profile fit one campaign. Junior OR senior means two profiles: choose one, or run two campaigns at twice the package fee and downpayment. Even a small profile change is a different campaign; options are agreed per campaign.

08Additional information

Strengths and challenges help us create an honest, persuasive campaign.

Reason for the vacancy (select all that apply)

For example, less manual administration, faster planning or automated follow-up. An optional conversation can help with capacity pressure alongside recruitment.

09Authorised representative / HR

These details help us contact the right person for coordination and approval.

10Company information

Accurate company details ensure the campaign is linked to the correct organisation.

11Uploads and campaign materials

Only upload materials for which you hold all necessary usage rights and permissions. This applies to all supplied text, photos, videos, logos and music, including materials shared through download links. Obtain permission in advance from the rights holders and identifiable people shown, including employees. These rights and permissions must allow Recruitment Online to use, edit, publish and reuse the materials for your recruitment campaign, including paid advertising on the agreed channels. As the client, you remain ultimately responsible for obtaining and being able to demonstrate these rights and permissions. Report restrictions or withdrawn permission immediately and do not supply materials if you are unsure. Do not include confidential candidate records.

Maximum 10 files, 2 MB per file and 3 MB in total. Add a download link for larger files, such as videos.

12Options, pricing and arrangements

This is a non-binding enquiry for one role profile. We speak with you personally before any payment and confirm feasibility, candidate targets, options and price in a proposal. All amounts exclude VAT.

Client-selected extra channels — €1,399 per channel / month, all-in (select all that apply)

We normally select the best channels within the package. This surcharge applies when you prescribe a specific channel. We confirm availability and suitability personally; selecting a channel does not book it.

Additional countries — €1,099 per country / month (select all that apply)

The Netherlands is included. Select additional countries only. We confirm reach, local rules and practical availability before the proposal.

Additional languages and country variants — €299 per variant / month
Additional languages and country variants — €299 per variant / month

Dutch for the Netherlands is included. Choose multiple languages in the dropdown. All 24 official EU languages are covered, with separate country variants such as French for Belgium or France. Each additional variant counts separately; we confirm the precise scope personally.

Unlisted regional or community languages can also be requested: €299 per additional language/variant per month, subject to personal agreement.

The package includes the budget for the agreed candidate target. For a difficult role or multiple openings, you can propose extra budget. This entire amount is charged additionally each month.

Available only when an exact salary or indication may be published; without salary information we expect much lower campaign performance and cannot offer a money-back guarantee. The surcharge is 25% of the covered monthly total including all surcharges and the guarantee surcharge itself. Extra advertising budget and one-off costs are excluded from both the calculation and the credit. Example: €1,200 covered subtotal + €400 guarantee = €1,600; €400 is 25% of €1,600. If the agreed lead target is missed, we credit that covered monthly total. Give clear, prompt feedback on every candidate; missing or late feedback means the candidate counts. We agree the target and response deadline in the proposal.

Each additional video from this shoot costs €499 once. We agree the location, schedule and content first.

Strongly recommended for complex roles: a focused page explains the work and offer and helps attract better-matched applicants. Usually unnecessary for straightforward roles.

Tell us whether to stop, pause or continue at least one week before the campaign month ends: the final week needs a different approach when closing. The first paused month is free; subsequent paused months cost €99 to retain data and keep the project active. Resuming the same profile then avoids a new downpayment.

With annual payment, month 12 is free on the invoice; the downpayment and one-off production remain separate. If you stop early because the vacancy is filled, the remaining prepaid period is not refunded. Annual payment explicitly covers 12 months and therefore overrides ‘stop after the first month’. Automatic renewal determines continuation afterwards.

Your estimate for one campaign

No payment obligation. We confirm options and final price personally. Vacancy filled? We can stop immediately; the unused part of a paid month or annual period is not refunded. Future renewal ends on confirmed cancellation. Pausing remains possible to resume the same profile later.
